To ensure you receive the most accurate pricing and product availability, Ardham refreshes proposals as needed to reflect current manufacturer pricing and inventory. Depending on the vendor, proposals may be valid for 7, 15, or 30 days.

Each proposal will include an expiration date based on the manufacturer’s pricing and inventory policies. After that date, pricing and product availability may change, and an updated proposal may be required.

Our goal is to provide you with the most current information available so you can make informed purchasing decisions and avoid unexpected changes. If you have an upcoming project or budget deadline, we encourage you to work with your Ardham account team early to help secure the best available pricing and product availability.
