About Us

Amanda Wickman is a native New Mexican and experienced accounting professional with a background in public accounting and the private sector. After graduating from Eldorado High School, she attended Iowa Wesleyan College on a softball scholarship, earning bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration.

After returning to Albuquerque, Amanda worked as a public accounting auditor for five years before transitioning to the private sector. At Ardham Technologies, she enjoys the fast-paced technology industry and the challenges it brings.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys riding her Harley, watching baseball, and spending time with her husband, Jonathan, and their four dogs.

Brian Swainston is the Founder and CEO of Ardham Technologies, bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience in the technology and operational services sectors. For more than two decades, he has led Ardham with a focus on sustainable growth, operational stability, financial discipline, and dependable service delivery.

Jay is known for combining strong business fundamentals with forward-thinking strategy. His leadership approach emphasizes effective systems, capable teams, sound decision-making, and building lasting customer relationships. Through changing economic conditions and an evolving technology landscape, he remains focused on positioning Ardham and its clients for long-term success.

Carisa Aranyos is an experienced Project Manager specializing in the design and implementation of technical solutions. With a strong combination of technical knowledge and strategic oversight, she excels at coordinating complex initiatives and connecting technical requirements with practical, user-focused outcomes.

Her experience spans customer engagement, data management, eCommerce, and systems implementation, allowing her to bring a well-rounded perspective to each project. Outside of work, Carisa enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time on the trails with her dog, Tarzan.

A member of Ardham Technologies since 2017, Chris Mains brings more than 30 years of progressive leadership experience to the organization as Managing Director. In this executive role, he oversees security operations, engineering leadership, and cybersecurity service delivery across Ardham’s technology portfolio.

His responsibilities include security architecture, threat mitigation, engineering execution, and operational alignment across Ardham’s cybersecurity and IT service offerings. With a focus on technical excellence and operational consistency, Chris helps ensure Ardham’s teams are equipped to deliver reliable, effective solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers.

Harold Johnston is an experienced IT professional with 20 years of experience across private enterprises and managed service provider environments. A lifelong Albuquerque resident, he earned his associate’s degree in Networking Technology from Central New Mexico Community College, then known as TVI. Harold brings a collaborative approach to his work and is passionate about using his experience to strengthen teams, improve processes, and support continued growth.

Outside of work, Harold enjoys spending time with his fiancée and their three dogs. He also enjoys woodworking and tackling home improvement projects.

James M. Baca III brings more than 20 years of experience building relationships, driving growth, and leading teams across competitive industries. He began his career in live entertainment and professional sports, working with organizations including Live Nation and the Kansas City Chiefs.

Over the past decade, James has helped grow SaaS and startup organizations across live event technology, cybersecurity, microservices, and business automation. His leadership combines relationship-focused sales with modern systems and operational strategy.

A proud New Mexican, James believes in working hard, staying grounded, and taking care of people.

Nicole Abreu serves as Vice President of Sales at Ardham Technologies, where she leads go-to-market strategy, sales execution, and customer growth across New Mexico and Texas. With more than a decade at Ardham, Nicole has played an integral role in expanding the company’s sales organization and developing lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Known for her hands-on leadership style, Nicole emphasizes accountability, collaboration, and delivering meaningful results. She is passionate about understanding each customer’s unique needs and connecting them with technology solutions that support their long-term goals.

Patrick Pao-aroon serves as Manager of Professional Services at Ardham Technologies, leading the engineering delivery team and overseeing infrastructure, networking, systems, and cybersecurity projects. Since joining Ardham in 2018, he has held several technical and leadership roles, combining engineering expertise with operational leadership.

Patrick is passionate about mentoring engineers, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering solutions that support clients’ long-term success. A native New Mexican, he is a proud husband and father who enjoys motorcycles, cars, and emerging technologies.
