What will your role involve?
- Collaborate with distributors and manufacturers
- Create customer-facing price quotes and proposals
- Develop lasting relationships with clients and vendors
- Work closely with our technical Subject Matter Experts (“SME”), who support you in developing proposals that align with clients’ business goals – (Outside Sales, Engineers, Project Management)
- Review and explain quotes to clients; provide answers to any questions (Discussing projects, products, and solutions with clients)
- Follow up on quotes to ensure client satisfaction and to drive the sales process to closure
- Manage incoming orders and provide clients sales order status updates
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales forecasting
- Improve job knowledge with training and earning certifications monthly

- Experience selling to businesses or government agencies
- Practical knowledge of LinkedIn, CRM, sales forecasting, quoting, pricing calculation methods, and contract procurement
- Knowledge of the IT industry, terminology, leading manufacturers, contracts
